Our stay was a week. The noise level was unacceptable at all hours of the night. The air conditioning worked but didn’t work well. We had mold in our bathroom above the door and around it from the humidity I assume. Room service did a great job cleaning the general area and making the beds, but the mold was always there.

This was my wife and my 2nd time here. The staff is always great and the daily shows are fun. We really enjoy that its adults only so you dont have little kids running around. With a few different pools to choose from to hangout at you can always get a different ezperiwnce from the full on party to just nice and relaxed. Would highly recomend.

It stinks in the hallways, they had nachos with no cheese and they definitely need to clean the pool where the bar is at, it is nasty and dirty.

Like: Easy access to beach and pool. Food variety. Gift shop! Events!! Excursion opportunities!! Dislike: Bugs in the pool, I don't think the pool filters were working at full strength especially since the pools are 24hr. The one-off food poisoning (that was resolved immediately but I was still kinda wary of my food choices afterwards)

BEST party hoetl, this is THE place to be for a fun crazy vacation. Met sooo many new people, food was amazing , parties were great, staff qas super friendly. Coming back veryyyy soon!

Resturants were all buffets which was lame. Music was all local music and very loud! Party pool was very disgusting with guests puking in the pool daily. Lots of floating hair and nasty floaties in the pools. Staff was very friendly. There were limited activities around the pool.

A number of elevators were not working, only 3 electrical sockets in the room. No face towels, need more staff. Food quality was not great. Hotel is ok for a fun few days but need a little maintenance.

Me and my boyfriend became very ill and sick from the food being contaminated . There were flies and really bad smell through out the whole hotel , my hot water would not work in my bathroom and the smell of sewage was in the room also . Riu is overall a nice place to party and have a nice time .
