It was NYE, and the hotel was fully booked. Our 'suite' was so small we had difficulty opening our luggage - and the view of the building next door - from the bedroom was less awful. Was hoping for larger bedroom space.

"All the staff are gentle and friendly, I stayed for 3days in Dunedin, all were good except the weather but all staff in this hotel gave me a good info and service.
