Lo que pasó es que me fue imposible llegar para mi estancia y quise cancelar y no pude y como no llegue me retiraron de mi tarjeta el pago de una noche sin autorización ya que cuando reservas dice no se hará ningún cargo cosa que no es cierto pues en mi caso me retiraron lo de una noche

No esta ubicado en el centro, a pesar de que dice que si. Llegue después de las 11, nadie contesta los teléfonos que vienen en la pagina ni los que están pegados ahí. Tarde una hora en la calle esperando. La tv prendía pero no se veía nada, pero no había nadie para reportarla hasta la mañana. No descanse por el ruido que se escucha al interior del lugar. Me decepcionó que la página de Hoteles anuncie lugares de tan bajo perfil en el servicio.
