Immaculate, perfect!
This room was immaculate! Every detail was attended to! The beds were heavenly, soft and immaculately made. The room was vacuumed and completely hairless! The bathroom surfaces were all perfectly clean and dry! Thank you, aloft!

Older property, not very clean. Although I paid for room in advance she told me I got last room and was about to lose the room. (I have not checked in as we were at a sporting event) she said it was aloft rule to give room away if someone else wanted it?!

This aloft used to be very nice. It is now dated and dirty. Staff was attentive to all my issues but should not have had them in the first place. A/c not working had to switch rooms. Then next room fridge did not work and no blow dryer. Instead of a comforter my bed had a mattress pad in its place. Gym was ok but dusty and no towels. For the price, i thought it was bad.

Room was big and bed was reasonably comfortable. My night stand had a big radio attached on top, making it virtually unusable for coffe, water, personal items, etc. The closet space was set up to put hanging items, one behind the other. Very inconvenient. The sink was located in an open area, separated from the toilet and shower by a very heavy sliding door. Hard for my wife to open and close. There was no separate light for the toilet and shower. So, going to the pot over night woke up my wife. The floor of the shower was covered in built up soap scum. There was no mirror ouside of the sink area. Room was not serviced, so we had to replenish our coffee and sugar downstairs. Staff person was rude, regarding finding us sugar. Much too pricey for what you get. Also had to pay for parking in a remote garage.

Nice and clean hotel. Not loud and was able to get much needed rest. Staff was very courteous. I normally stay closer to airport, but this hotel is worth the drive.

Needs a little help.
Our room's AC made an awful sound the first night of two that kept waking us up. The property didn't order coffee or keep it stocked properly so they didnt have any this morning. It did have a cool vibe with the tv area / bar and pool table. I ordered one draft beer at the bar and it was way overpriced. I ended up spending almost 12 dollars, for ONE draft beer. Pretty steep. My son wanted a small bag of M&Ms and a small juice. That cost me almost 7 dollars. Also pretty exorbitant. Considering the room was 200$ a night, one beer costs the same as a 6 pack in a grocery store, and a small snack was marked up probably 350%, ordering coffee properly and maintaining the room's heating/cooling equipment shouldn't be that much to ask. 2nd time staying at property. Not sure we will stay there on our next visit to town.
