Nice stay as always. This is a preferred spot of mine. This time there were a few bumps but not horrible enough to keep me from returning. The thermostat did not work but room stayed cool, I just blocked the vent. The hot water in sink was warm and didn’t heat up. Shower was fine. And the shower curtain was short so I couldn’t close the ends. They kept sliding away from the wall so some floor got wet.

Friendly helpful staff and comfortable bed.
The staff was EXCELLENT! Friendly, accommodating just Wonderful. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The television was easy to operate and offered a variety. My challenge was with the overall standard of the facility. There was a slight smell in the hall. Probably emitting from the carpet. The place could benefit from some updating or refreshing. Definitely needs to be painted and carpet changed. My room was nice and the bed was beyond comfortable! Breakfast was a plus, however there was not any Orange juice and the coffee was horrible. Staff effort and friendliness definitely helped me overlook some of the other issues. Bed was comfortable, eggs and waffles were great.

The facility is old and the room is not well cleaned. The air conditioning doesnt work properly making the room not cool even I set it to 70. I saw cockroach crawling upon entering the toilet. Luckily I have my Lysol on my luggage just to disinfect the area.

My only problem was at check-in why i have to check-in at the desk if i already checked in on the website that they sent out. And remote wasnt workin. And the room smell like weed. They need to put hard wood floors in

There was no refrigerator in room or microwave. The room next to me smelled like weed. It was suppose to be a non smoking room. Also it was in the elevator the smell. The hotel is very outdated to be a Wyndham hotel. I wasn’t pleased at all with this hotel.

The staff were very good to us. Property needs some upgrading, especially the breakfast bar; they didn’t have milk for the cereal or any meat just eggs n waffles. They kept running out of things but when the staff is friendly, for me, it outweighed the inconvenience
