I don't think the nearly $50/person resort fee is reasonable when amenities are closed. We don't gamble and come to Vegas to visit family that lives here. We're so sad the pool was closed and consider it the only amenity we use. So the extra charge seems too steep for us. Front desk staff are so snobbish and downright rude to people. But the rest of your staff is lovely!

I was a little disappointed with the customer service for reservations. I contacted them in advance to make sure I had a refrigerator for my medications and was told that I either had to upgrade my room or I could use an ice bucket. I really didn’t have a choice so the trip ended up costing me a lot more than quoted on Expedia. The property is super convenient for Fremont Street but there’s a lot of noise, especially on the weekends. The walls are also very thin so you may want to use the complimentary earplugs or bring your own. On a positive note, the valet staff and bellmen are excellent.

Stay was great except for the vultures trying to sell time shares accosted us several times a day. Also the stench of cigarette smoke from the casino was horrible and there weren't that many people smoking.
