This is my favorite hotel in Vegas I am a local and I Enjoy the shark tank pool it’s my favorite thing to do I book rooms here a few times a year there is so many restaurants available the steak houses are so good I def recommend the roulette dealers are awesome the rooms feel like old Las Vegas and it’s just a vibe love this hotel!

Vegas is sad

Sad really. Fremont Street location was unique and fun, but the Golden Nugget was weak. Was charged $40 for a room "upgrade" (So we could have a coffee machine and coffee). When we asked for replacement coffee they wanted $26 additional for 4 k-cups. We only got them free because we complained about being called out of bed for a complaint of a water leak in the room below us. The leak was not from our room, but apparently the broken ice machine in the hall. $6.89 for a 12 oz. bottle of water. The windows were very dirty. It just took away from the "Disney for adults" promo for Vegas. Clearly has staffing issues. Self check in with one person to answer questions. Totally lacked any opportunity to express hospitality and in fact did not even try. I've had much better experience at the Residence Inn or any hotel chain in the country. I guess the room is only to cat nap between feeding the slot machines and the gambling industry. Thankfully there was a Chic- Fil-A that had smiles and simple hospitality.

Dear Golden Nugget Management, My husband and I recently stayed at your property in Room 1803, The Presidential Apartment — marketed as your premier offering, a once-in-a-lifetime Las Vegas experience. Unfortunately, our stay fell far below even basic hospitality standards and left us profoundly disappointed. Given the investment we made in choosing your highest-end suite, I feel compelled to share this feedback directly with you and, if necessary, more broadly. Initial Impressions vs. Reality Upon arrival, the suite was visually impressive. The space was expansive, the views spectacular, and the black-and-gold fixtures offered a nostalgic nod to 1980s luxury. For a brief moment, we were excited for what we thought would be our best Las Vegas hotel stay yet. Sadly, that excitement was short-lived. Issues in the Suite Unusable Pool Table: The pool table was a highlight in theory, but the cues had no tips — literally unusable. Something as simple as proper billiard equipment should never be overlooked in a Presidential Apartment. Unsanitary Bathtub: I was eager to enjoy a soak, but the bottom of the tub was coated in grime. It was so unhygienic that I requested housekeeping to clean it. My request was ignored — nothing was done. The tub remained filthy and unfit for use. No Hot Water — Entire Stay: After a long cross-country trip, we looked forward to a hot shower. Shockingly, there was no hot water for our entire two-night stay. My husband requested service not once, but

Best place on Fremont st

Love the GN it’s always fun when i stay there staff is great food is great and the pool is my favorite. Will stay again as often as i can

Check in was with a computer and not people. I get the convenience but didn’t feel great. Our room only got cleaned one day out of the 3 nights. Our safe didn’t work in the room until it was serviced. Then quit working for awhile again before starting back up.

There was a lack of security outside entrances leaving guests to be harassed by the homeless population a lot of which seemed to suffer serious mental health issues making guests feel unsafe outside entrances…. Also all check in is now done thru kiosks leaving no help adjustments or comps or upgrades with no personal service only a computer…. The pool casino and the rooms are amazing
