Dirty room. Gave 2 double beds instead of 2 quenn like requested. Tv didnt work in one room. No shhets on bed in one room. We reserved 3 rooms.Check in at diner. Ate at diner and they were rude and out of food.

Unreasonable and rude
We were caught on Interstate 80 in a blizzard that delayed us about 2 hours. When we checked in at 11:59 PM the Clerk ( who was very unfriendly) told us that if we'd have been one minute later he would have refused to check us in no-matter-what. We asked "if that had happened would you refund our payment?" He replied " we didn't get your money, Expedia has your money". He handed us a coffee maker to use but when we got to the room discovered it hadn't been cleaned and the old wet coffee packet was still in it. Needless to say we didn't use it.
