When we started staying here 5 years ago it was after a refresh. There has been nothing updated. The maids have Raid roach spray on their carts. I wish I could post a picture of our door. You could see daylight all the way around. When unlocked, the door didnt want to open.so we never knew if it was actually unlocked. It didnt feel safe or secure. Bathroom sink had no stopper and was very very slow to drain. Bathroom door was in two pieces at the top, everytime you opened it, it sounded like it was tearing in two. We coudnt use the AC. Mold growing on the vents. Key cards need to be refreshed every 24 hours. Dirty sheets were turned inside out there was a bed bug bag on the bed!

the room smelled of the over powering scented disinfection there were roaches I seen while going to the bathroom later that nite the tv didnt work a woman in the room next to me wanted me to give her money for food looked like it was becoming kind of dangerous

The door frame where the dead bolt was wouldn't close. I'm pretty sure there were bed bugs. My husband was bit by something on his ankles and I found a small brown bug on the sheet. The heater was so loud we couldn't use it.
