The place was satisfactory. My toilet was grimy, and the tub had a ring around it until they came to clean it. For both days, I was in my room, and there was a strong smell of marijuana coming into my room and the hallway consistently. I spoke to the general manager, and she apologized. However, I did not pay for all of these extras. I want compensation for the high level of marijuana I was experiencing in the room. Also, they are not good at answering their phone. It just keeps ringing. Upon my arrival, I specifically requested for an alarm to be set. Unfortunately, the alarm was not sent. When I reached out to the front desk, I was met with an unhelpful response from a staff member who stated, "I have nothing to do with that."

Room was comfortable size, clean, noisy, beds comfortable. Sound from neighbors, highway and AC was loud and disturbing. Breakfast was poor quality, artificial and cheap. We ate once, skipped it twice. Price for three nights and proximity to Rehoboth Beach convenient.

Breakfast was simple, yet satisfying. Kids enjoyed watching their pancakes being made. Loved that Breakfast was served until 930, and the pool stayed open till 9pm.

The property was well cared for and very clean. The staff was always friendly, available and happy to help with any needs. It was a little further from the beach area than I thought it would be mostly because of the traffic surrounding the beach area. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is nice no problems But one thing I think needs to be addressed was the bed it was not comfortable it sags from where people have slept I got a stiff neck while visiting that I had to go to urgent care Severe stiff neck I’m not saying it was there bed but I couldn’t get a good nights sleep to lumpy just not happy with the beds
