This property looks good online but in actuality is very basic and average. It is a self check in with no on site reception. I found the property to be cold & soulless. I got an Economy room and it was decent, but super small with no desk or table to put any food on. There are no kettles or refrigerator in the room, and the kettles you can use on each floor are old & a hodgepodge of different styoes. The included breakfast is just okay. The highlight was the waffles. Not many food options in the area worth recommending except for Vietnam Express. I would recommend staying somewhere else. The one good benefit is you're last to be picked up on tours & first to be dropped off.

I stayed here for a week , the breakfast options were great , clean property as they did housekeeping every other day . The location is great with easy access to the highway and also to the downtown . I requested for a fan in the night and the maintenance guided me to find one in one of the floors as they have no receptionist . They will provide you with an access code the day before your check in date and you will be using that to enter the property and your room . I would highly recommend this hotel .

Overall a great hotel. Clean, modern, efficient and elegant. The rooms are well appointed, with all required amenities. Kettles, instant coffee and towels are in communal closets on every floor. A small communal fridge is available as well. The breakfast buffet is excellent with many options. The lobby/lounge has a foosball table, card games, puzzles, chess and some books which really helps with kids. Parking is available in a secure underground garage. There are limited spaces, so if you return to the hotel after 8pm you are unlikely to find a spot. Street parking is available nearby. There are some good restaurants within walking distance, including sushi, kebabs/Turkish, chicken and a great all you can eat Icelandic buffet. Definitely not in the center of the city, so there are no cafes or museums right outside, but it's only a 10 minute drive to the city center. Very few staff on-site, pretty much everything is self-service, however we never had any issues so this wasn't a negative. We are planning to visit Iceland again and will definitely stay here.

Really enjoyed our stay. Wish there was more parking spaces for the hotel. Wish there was a safe deposit box in the room to store important documents and valuables. Continental breakfast was awesome with a fresh waffle maker and other breakfast items including sausage (bacon on certain days), fresh fruits, cheese etc. Staff is very attentive.

This is a beautiful updated hotel. We had. O issues with our stay at all. The parking garage was full daily but we easily parked on the street (there is a lot of street parking) or in a parking lot across the road. The daily breakfast was delicious and even though it was pretty much the same thing daily we still enjoyed it. It is located a few minute drive from the downtown busier area although it wouldn’t be easily walked there are bus stops very close to the hotel for transportation if needed. They have a great selection of information about things to do in the area. Overall we were very happy with our lodging choice.
