I booked a double room with a queen bed (and paid more for it), but when I received my room details a couple of days before the trip, they had me in a twin room. I reached out to the property directly and never heard back, so I contacted Expedia who sorted it out for me. They made the change which was acceptable, but I didn’t need the extra stress and worry that I would have to deal with a twin bed for a week. Finally I arrive to the hotel to check in using the code they sent, and the room wouldn’t open. I called customer service and they had changed the room again about an hour before I arrived. I was pretty tired from traveling all day and that was a bit irritating, but I was finally able to access my room and it was correct. The room was as it appeared online, and there is a fridge on the floor for community use. However, there is no microwave which is a big inconvenience. Not sure why they don’t have one for guests to access? I called reception to double check, and they confirmed there is no microwave. Honestly, that’s a dealbreaker in terms of me booking again on my next visit. Breakfast is decent. You can make waffles yourself, which is nice, and they were pretty good. They also have eggs, things for sandwiches, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice, and fruit. Parking is limited in the garage, but you can park overnight on the street. I found the property ok for my 1st visit, but wouldn’t stay here again.
