Beautiful property with water, wetlands, and woods

I had a really nice overnight stay here. The property is large and includes waterfront, a golf course, and a trail that winds through wetlands and woods. Really a beautiful place!

Never Again!

It was a well deserved overnight for us. So we saw pictures and it looked perfect for a relaxing day. The pool was overcrowded with hundreds of children as though it was a camp pool. No chaise’s or chairs were available. No pool side drink and/or food service. We waited on line for 30 minutes for a drink and a bag of chips. Only thing good about the hotel was the room, it was clean very comfortable. We were there on a Tuesday in June and paid $300 for the night. I expected much more from a Hyatt Resort Hotel. Never again!!

Place is great. Beautiful grounds and view. Spa was a bit below expectations. Locker rooms had no staff and were not cleaned up too well, with wet floor and towels around, but that being said, a good experience.

Not worth the money!!!

Numerous issues, starting with a wedding that was being built outdoors all night long during our stay… They were literally building the pillars and gazebo overnight so all of the guests facing the wedding and the Waterview had to listen to this all night long… drills, hammers, etc. In addition, we had charges on our credit card that were not authorized!!

I loved the sunset, the cleaner, the clean smoke and marihuana free air and the food options. I loved everything about this place. It is a perfect place for a retirement.

The resort is great. Much to do on-site. My only complaint is that it is apparently a popular wedding venue so some areas were off limits, the restaurants crowded.
