The Holiday Inn is tired and old. I was placed right down the far, far end of the hotel. It was quite dusty in my room and while I had a mild sore throat, it didn’t help. Staff were fantastic though, despite room not being serviced when I came back in the late afternoon. Staff great, hotel, old.

No fridge in the room. Coach unable to park close to drop off. Toilet wouldn’t flush had to follow up several times asked for a key to a close room to use that toilet but only got a key to room on another floor and a distance from mine. Was told maintenance started 8 am left it till 8.45 and it was like they didn’t know about it once he came was fixed quickly.
