I have stayed at this property a dozen times or more. It is in the best location, Walkable to so many attractions, You can see Big Ben,,the River Thames, the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye from the Hotel.You can walk to so many attractions from there. London Eye, Westminister Abbey, Houses of Parliament, !0 Downing Street, Buckingham Palace, Just to name a few! It is a.great Hotel with beautiful views, The breakfast is really good. The Westminister Underground is a 15 minute walk, I highly recommend it!

Pros: This is a very nice hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Waterloo Station, popular tourist attractions, and a variety of restaurants. There are also 24/7 convenience stores nearby. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff, particularly the lady at reception, was friendly and helpful. The concierge team was also great, assisting us with luggage storage after checkout. Additionally, a staff member helped load our luggage into our taxi—he may have been from the concierge or doorman team. Cons: The room lacked a bidet in the bathroom, and the housekeeping service could be improved. There were no slippers provided, no water bottles, and we were short one bath towel. Overall: Despite a few minor shortcomings, this hotel is definitely a great choice for a family stay.

It was ok but for a 4 star hotel I would have expected a bit more attention to detail. The shower gel in the shower was empty when we checked in (obviously only noticed that once in the shower), tea and coffee wasn’t replenished. It was all rectified when we asked and the room was clean and very comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay but it’s hard to overlook basic housekeeping errors given the cost of the room.

We were checked into a room that was not properly cleaned. We were asked whether we wanted cleaning every three days, and we agreed. On the third day, the only thing that happened was that our beds were partially made up. There was no restocking of instant coffee, and the room was not cleaned. The worst part was that no toilet paper was provided. I had to go into the corridor to look for the cleaning staff and request toilet paper. The phone in our room did not have signal and we could not use it to request service. There was not even bottled water in the room. We checked in on Dec. 30th and there were long lines to check in. We were given keys that did not work. Then they changed our room to another floor with a room that had not been properly cleaned. In the middle of our stay, we heard a loud construction noise. I had to ask for a room change because my partner was sick and stayed in the room the whole day during the construction noise. As a result, we were moved to a new room and this room was much larger and cleaner. However, the container with the hand soap was empty, so I had to use a body wash instead of soap to wash my hands. When the hotel is full, residents have to wait for the elevators for half an hour and the elevator would stop on every floor and often would be full by the time it reaches a lower floor. When we arrived home, I saw a service bill for about 22 dollars. No receipt was given to us at check out nor were we informed that there would be a fee.

Always my first choice when staying in London
Love this hotel! I always stay here when i travel to London. The location is so convenient. The rooms are perfect, room Service is amazing, especially when you’re travelling for work or on a busy schedule. Its so helpful to be able to order to the room. Staff are always super accommodating & most important of all as a solo traveller, it feels like such a safe & secure hotel

Bed was definitely not a real standard King bed it felt like a double bed and was told it was a king when I called to confirm it after double checking my booking and it in fact saying it was a King I booked, but I measured it and was definitely a double bed which is smaller than a Queen for those who don’t know. Other than that it was walking distance to other places and had a lot of public transportation nearby.
