Easy check in, comfortable studio room, relaxing spa and swimming pool, responsive room service (forgot a razor and toothbrush), quiet room with comfortable bed and the room was very clean. I had a really nice stay here, it was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the location is great. The staff were very polite and attentive. The gym facilities are very good. I received a complimentary room upgrade and money off room service as member benefits, I didnt know about any of these so it's lovely that the staff are so proactive about rewarding customers where they can. The location of the Park Plaza at Westminster Bridge cannot be beat. It has access to rail, underground and parliament/Big Ben are right there when you walk out. My only complaint is that it states there is a refrigerator in the room. It did not work properly. We reported it, but every morning, our small container of milk would be more like room temp and would not last until the second day.
