At our arrival we were given room for handicapped access, neither me or my husband are handicapped. Frontdesk person didn't mention details about the room. The very next morning we were able to switch rooms and moved into a regular one. This room was alright but it had a concealed leak in a shower with water coming out into the hall next to it. The puddle on a carpet was growing. We alerted the stuff .

Great location and lovely stay
Hoque - the gentleman who checked us in and checked us out was lovely, courteous kind, professional and gave us a room on the fifth floor with a separate sitting area and with a good view out opposite the county plaza hall. The lady who answered our telephone food order was lovely, courteous and efficient. The gentleman who delivered the food was lovely and cheerful and the mushroom pizza was delicious. The staff welcoming guests at the entrance were courteous and helpful.
