Due to a delayed flight, we arrived to the hotel at 2am. There was a very pleasant gentlemen who welcomed us and gave us our room key. We were exhausted from a very long day of travel, when he told us check out was not until 1:00pm (yes, that’s 1:00pm) we were delighted since we wanted to sleep in. Thanks Hilton!

I had a friend bring me to the hotel. I was able to check in early and put my luggage into the room. Went for lunch with my friend before she dropped me at the hotel. Very comfortable, a lot of space. Well stocked bathroom. Comfortable beds

Check in was disappointing, the lady that checked us in was less than enthusiastic. It appeared that I was doing her a favor. Ordered a drink at the bar, (sidecar) she didn't know how to make it, she asked me would I like if she were to google it? Of course I would! I wanted the drink! Why didnt she say “I have never made that before, but I will google it and confirm with you” The room did not have bath towels , I found out the hard way when after the shower I had to use hand towels. I called the front desk and told her there were no towels and if she could send some to the room. No apology - just nothing in terms of empathy. Could not have cared any less. The room was great! I would like to stay there again but I will need much better customer service from people that care.

Great place to stay!!
We had to book a room because our flight was cancelled. Every employee we encountered was really nice and the hotel was in great shape. Our room was really nice as well, very clean and comfortable. The best surprise was the on site restaurant. We had dinner and breakfast and both were very good; in my opinion it was also reasonably priced. They also had a little coffee shop and bar area and both were open.

We stay here every night before flying out of Tyson. Very convenient, and it takes the stress out of trying to catch a plane. No traffic worries, no trying to find parking at the last minute, no waiting for a ride, just leave the room and walk over to the terminal to check in. For us, it is worth the price.
