To quote on old famous hotel commercial, it was a clean comfortable room at a reasonable price. Glad I didn't spend $80 at the neighboring fancier hotel. Sure, the building is dated and they didn't have all of the breakfast selections that the more expensive places have. But I saved $80 staying here. Keep up the good work

Check in was easy and the staff was pleasant. The hotel seemed to be under construction. Windows and carpeting were dirty. Chairs in breakfast area were also dirty. We were in Rochelle to see the Big Boy 4014 train and this was the only hotel available. Booked against my better judgment as Super 8 is not on my list but because the name was associated with Wyndam I thought they might have upgraded.

I informed Expedia directly regarding the issues I experienced at this motel. I also discussed the situation with the owner/manager and was basically insulted and said that the condition did NOT exist even though I had video evidence. I guess the customer is NOT always right at this motel. I also will be informing Wyndham directly regarding my less than satisfactory experience, too.

I had bed bugs, multiple bites on my legs and one bug in my ear. Switched rooms after 5-nights ( took that long to figure out ) Just told to put my stuff in the dryer to kill bugs. Not fun
