Horrible Customer Service and Run Down Property.
When I arrived at 1am for my booked reservation made 2 hours prior, (as I was traveling through) a rude front desk employee informed me that the rooms were overbooked, and the room I booked was unavailable. She proceeded to tell me that a quuen bed was an upgrade from a king. She was argumentative. After 20 minutes of her tantrum, I finally asked to cancel the booking. She grabbed her phone, and walked off. Leaving me to contact hotels.com. I was then informed that I checked into the room. I never checked in. I am still waiting for hotels.com to recify the situation. The property was run-down. Definitely not worth stopping.

The room furnishing is a bit dated with basic wear and tear for its age, but it is very clean. It smells fresh upon entering. They even provide boutique-typed toiletry items that are different from other low-budget hotel chains that I normally don't use but I did take home with me this time. I had to switch out the first room they gave me due to a faulty AC unit missing a turning knob, and it got resolved right away. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. You get a gorgeous mountain view behind the hotel property, which is located very conveniently off the interstate exit. There are two restaurants just across the street. There are few basic breakfast items comparable to the nightly rate you pay.
