Bathroom flooded, every time the shower was used. Told the desk on checkout, and was told that it had been reported before, but maintenance man had been away. Room should not have been let

This property was secure and in a great location. Easy access day and night. Central to dining and tourist attractions. Excellent condition and all amenities are supplied for a large family

5 Comments below The Club staff especially Mina and Andre were very helpful and made the stay special. We appreciated the gifts of sparkling wine and chocolates. We were disappointed that we couldn't get a night cap on Christmas Day without ordering a meal. We had already eaten at the club lounge. The water pressure from shower and taps was a bit light on. There was only one tub chair in the room and we asked for another (2 adults only one chair). It never came. Otherwise we would be happy to return.

At check-in we were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a king spa room, it was an excellent room only issue if you like a dark room you need to take some eye patches to block out the light shining from outside the main door, otherwise very nice hotel

Really great for location and access to CBD malls. Staff are exceptional , friendly and approachable.
