The room qas just ok... a bit out od date. The problem was the noise... omg, got no sleep. The room above us sounded like they were dropping bowling balls. I couldn't find anyone at the front desk.

The only real issue was the noise late at night. The first night there was loud music until 11 and there was another night were people were yelling and being obnoxious at 2 am. Overall it was a good experience but the noise was a real issue.

Like it a lot with a few shocking pimples
Your staff is generally cordial and friendly. When you go to a hotel, they make you feel welcome, which is not true and every hotel. I’ve stayed here many times, and the ambience in the vicinity of Folsom little town is exceptional. The only gripe I have was the Service I had for breakfast Saturday morning. I don’t think I’ve ever had a server that was unfriendly and just didn’t want to be there. The food was ridiculous. Very expensive I spent almost would tip almost $30 for two poached eggs, paperthin bacon, and two dried out pancakes. You guys have to do better to compete with Karen’s. You guys are a class act, with prices to match, and a bit of cheap choices glaring back at you.

I liked that it was near Karen's Bakery! They are soooo good! Also, near the river for a walk. Weird thing: there were only two light switches in our room. To see to go to the bathroom at night, you had to leave one on, which lit up the bathroom and the microwave/refrigerator areas brightly! They didn't have night lights at the desk. Inconvenient to say the least.

This place is awful, stains on the towels mold in the bathroom all around the tub, stains in the bathtub staff was curt and made sure to say over and over no smoking no pets it was like a scolding it was rude and Stupid. Also the walls are paper thin you can hear everything from the room next door, I mean everything conversations word for word moaning from people having sex it was AWFUL NEVER staying there again

The propwrty waa fine. We came in the evening so didnt get a good look. Convenient locstion. Our only complaint was not being able to sleep well due to a crying, sick babym families news to be separated from couples.
