Staff was great, rooms were clean and not too small. I only have two small complaints: the elevator being temporarily out of service was a small inconvenience; at breakfast the waffle batter was mixed incorrectly (too runny) so it didn't make very good waffles.

The room was a little dirty and the whole place felt older. The elevator was broken which did not go over well with my MIL who can not do stairs. They were able to get her on the ground floor, but her room smelled like smoke. It was fine for what we needed, just a bed for the night. We probably won’t stay again.

Arrived at 5pm. Rooms were not ready. When we finally checked in around 6pm, rooms were not clean. Bathrooms were poorly cleaned and the floor was dirty. It was also noisy at night. Children running around until after 11pm and men arguing in the hallway around 1:30am. Very disappointing. Will not stay here again.

We would have rated it higher but the elevator wasn't working and we were on the top floor. We didn't mind taking the stairs but the second night we came back to our room, the card key didn't work so we had to go all the way back down and back up again. It was just. A little inconvenient. The hotel was clean,our room was quiet, and it was close to shopping and restaurants.
