Quite literally the ONLY thing we didn’t like about our stay was the bedding. It woke us both up a lot because of how “crunchy sounding” the linens are. If you fixed that it would be the perfect stay. It’s beautiful, convenient, has a great variety of foods, so many options, the casino was absolutely beautiful and we had a fantastic little night away. I’ve never been to a casino so it was a great first experience all around… like I said, fix the linens and you have the perfect getaway!

Loved the Italian (Toscana Grill) restaurant! Food was good and staff was super friendly! Loved the outside hot tub, hated the small pool! And the parents were letting their children jump in the pool, plus they were very loud!

Nice hotel at a good price. Easy drive to Ellicottville for skiing & shopping.Toscana was an excellent resto in the resort.

We always enjoy the rooms at Seneca Allegany casino, but yet found the pillows to be extremely uncomfortable and hard Complementary drinks on the floor if you’re gambling, but we did not see any servers taking complementary drink orders.

My family skied at Holiday Valley, We looked for a hotel closer but could not find one at a reasonable price. This hotel is a 20-25 min drive. The hotel was very clean with an excellent room. The hotel had Starbucks to get us going in the morning, a buffet and a nice steak restaurant. There are fast food restaurants near by. The reason why I only rated the hotel 3 stars is because the staff at the front desk were quite rude, and the drive to the ski hill. All the other staff in the hotel were great. The area is very scenic. I would definitely return.
