The queen beds are quite small. I had a 2 night stay and asked for fresh towels and trash removal after the first day. Front desk said they would have it done. It never happened. The hot water takes a long time to kick in. The pool is outdoor and not heated so inconvenient during the cold season. Staff for friendly otherwise and the property was clean.

Best LaQuinta in San Antonio
This location of LaQuinta has been great. My husband and I stayed here 6 months ago as well as this weekend. Our suite was clean and comfortable. Customer service is big for me. The front office staff was courteous and friendly. They smiled when approached by customers. I recommend staying here while in San Antonio.

The bed was very hard, the hot water took forever to get warm not hot. The next day my wife took a shower, first warm the ice cold during her shower. When we checked out and told the lady at the front desk about the hot water, she said the manager would call us. No call.

the facility was very nice. Staff was very friendly, except, when asking housekeeping staff a question, they seemed to be mostly Spanish speaking and did not understand me. Desk staff was marvelous, especially Marcella and the staff on her day off. They gave me directions to the nearest grocery store. unfortunately, they do not serve hot cocoa, but fortunately, I brought my own. the room was nicely clean, but the mattress is rather too soft and probably should be replaced soon. They need to have a sheet or card explaining what channels are available. Or at least where the index is and the weather channel. But that is the same with EVERY hotel.

Staff was excellent in checking in and out. The breakfast was acceptable. I believe what was lacking was availability of fruit to include bananas and apples. Also bacon would be a better choice than the link sausages.

Good for the money. But I got a deal.
The Hotel definitely needs an update and an upgrade. The rooms need to be cleaned better, especially the bathrooms. The beds were slightly uncomfortable but managed. The water didn’t stay hot. But the Breakfast was really good.
