Love this place but..
I have stayed at this hotel multiple times to attend raves at the NOS Center. I have had a great experience every time. Its about 7-8 miles away from the NOS Center. Room is clean. Prices are always good. And I love the little fake fireplace that comes in every room. The outside if the hotel has a cute cottage like vibe with classical music playing.Only complaints I have is that the front desk customer service is horrible. They are always rude. And this last trip we had roaches in our room!

My room was so clean and also so comfortable. The air conditioning works great. The beds are so comfy. The pillows too. Parking is great and easy. Its not ghetto or even uneasy feeling. I love this place

Very quaint property! Beautifully landscaped and maintained. Everything was A-1 clean and in order. Near the Interstate Highway but NO traffic noise in the room. Absolutely no complaints from me and hotels typically have something, at least one thing, that could improve.

We have been staying here for the past 3 years while my son attends the University of Redlands . These last two visits have been horrible first the flooding of the room next to us , reported it and they said nothing but would put a blower in room to dry floor.. manager was not willing to even communicate with us . Then this past weekend there was a horrible smell like musty and to top off roaches ... once again management would do nothin said they would spray any that was it no room change or anything we will never go back!!!
