A beautiful and upscale hotel, really enjoyed my stay. Just don’t leave anything at the hotel as they take no responsibility for it and pointed me at ileftmystuff.com (third party website) to register my lost item. I don’t expect to ever get my item back. Returning an item found in hotel room used to be a common courtesy done proactively, really disheartening to see this go

Nice hotel, convenient to SFO. Room had great views of airport and runways. The only downside was the front desk staff...Typical genZ'ers, couldn't be friendly if their lives depended on it. If front desk staff doesn't like dealing with guests then maybe they should work in other parts of the hotel or do a career change to ditch digging....Just a thought .
