I found the resort to be family friendly. The food options were great. Iā€™m not much of a pool person but found the resort offer an amazing pool where my 3 year old could play while I could relax without fearing for her safety.

The grounds and pool are really nice. The rooms were nice and clean. Plenty of fun activities are available for families. We enjoyed the pickleball, board games, and pool toys. We disliked the soft beds. It was hard not having a mini fridge to store basics like fresh fruit, yogurt and milk, and leftovers. It was nice to have access to multiple dining options on site, but if you want to explore food elsewhere or go on a day trip it takes at least 15 min to drive from the hotel to a highway.

I'd go back again. Wish it was a little closer to San Juan. Shuttle ran about $85 to and from airport. And $80 to San Juan. Uber was cheaper getting back to hotel. But great property. Loved it.

We stayed here in November and were not disappointed. The room with soaking tub and a rain shower were absolutely beautiful! Staff was very nice and accommodating and and pool and beach are beautiful, well maintained and always clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the meals at PRIME were outstanding. We had a great time. Thank you for taking such pride in your beautiful resort!
