The hotel is ideally located just 2 minutes walk from the Duomo. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed and cared for. All the staff were friendly and helpful. You were always greeted with a smile. The rooms were as seen on line. The beds were comfortable with beautiful linen. Whilst so central our room was super quiet at night. The breakfast each morning was delicious with a good array of food to choose from. We would certainly stay again and recommend this hotel to others. Note - we were a couple travelling with our teenage daughter and we had plenty of space in our room.

"Good: Really clean. The blind, when it worked, was almost back out. Couldn't ask for a better location - some reviews say it's dodgy but I felt it was cultural of people of different nationalities to be in the street. The internet was strong and I was on the top floor. Good place to see new year ..."
