No on-site management, difficult communication; villa is away from Oia (15-20 mins on foot) and from parking lot (which is a dirt lot 15-minute walk down the hill), so pack lightly. You are on your own, which could be a good thing if you know what you are doing, but if you need assistance ... give up the hope.

First of all, this place isn’t terrible, but I’m writing this review because I feel like the reviews that are currently out there are not very accurate. I would never call Notis villas “very clean”, “spotless”, or “one of the most beautiful accommodations of the island”, and I would not give any praise to the manager as we have hardly been able to come in contact with anyone at the property at all. The location is pretty good. A nice walk into Oia which, of course, is very touristy, and we found it quite pleasant to be staying a little bit outside of the main center to get away from the crowds. It’s also close to two great restaurants: Lefkes for dinner, and Krinaki for breakfast (try the Strapatsada, it’s amazing). Some of the issues we had, however, were that the AC does not work without resetting all the breakers (as you can imagine, we found that one out only after quite a bit of troubleshooting), it turns off automatically after a few hours meaning you wake up in the morning warm and sweaty, the sheets had small stains on them, and we found multiple hairs in the bed which, of course, is always a bit unpleasant. I’m pretty sure the floor was actually clean, but it never looked it as it is full of dark stains. In terms of getting in touch with people at the property, the main number listed on hotels.com and on the documentation provided in the room itself, is an old employees number who claims he hasn’t worked there for over three years. Amazing stay in Finikia
I stayed at Notis Villa for 5 nights. It is located in Finikia village very short walk to Oia. The village was very quiet and the sunset view from the villa terrace was amazing. It is very well located for all the hiking trails and only 20min to closest beach. The villa is very beautiful and has everything you need. What makes it extra special is the lovely manager Melina, very helpful and friendly, full of tips of where to go, what to do and accomodating any request I had, nothing was too difficult for her so big thank you! She did make my stay so much better. This place comes highly recommended!

这个小镇里面的道路全是鹅卵石路，极其不平整，而且上下坡很多，这个酒店离停车场又远，拖着行李进出，绝对是噩梦般的体验。房东也没有告知可以雇人帮忙搬行李。房间内部就是正常圣岛该有的差不多，门口也没有景色。体验非常非常一般
