Property was nice but they had computer problems at checkin. Gave us our room & told us to lock the door just in case they gave someone else the same room since it was all manual. Had to take my credit card number down on paper but then did not have a shredder when computer came back up. The lady just tore it up and tossed in the trash behind the desk. Also a little concerned that when we needed a new key, they just asked for room number & not ID or at least name.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient to many stores.
We had a family trip to Sarasota beaches and it was our first stay at Home2 which is a chain of the Hilton hotels. I fell in love with the kitchenette, very convenient for a family and special needs kids. We enjoyed their breakfast which had variety to choose from. The kids loved the pool and their provided towels. I even made 2 loads of laundry since I didnt want to make them ounce we got home from our vacation. Overall we would definitely stay there again on anothwr trip to Sarasota.

Very clean room with full size fridge, microwave and desk area for working. Would definitely choose to stay here again. Pool area was nice with a picnic area off to the side with grills.

Overall a good stay, except the breakfast and bad sound proofing. The hotel area is nice and peacefull. Kitchen has lots of ammendities except stove (i think it is provided on-demand).

Overall my stay was excellent. Staff were friendly and always cleaning. The lawn crew though put down some mulch with a foul odor, but other than that, outside was beautiful. Room carpet a tad spotty but bathroom, EXCELLENT! I will sure stay there again
