What we didn't like is that the heat in our room didn't work, and could not be fixed, and we couldn't take a bath because the drain wouldn't hold water, it was broken. Also the maid service is EVERY OTHER DAY, so our bed was left unmade and the towels not replaced. On the plus side is that the staff was helpful in bringing us a space heater and TRYING to fix our bathtub, but they couldn't on a weekend. To me this looks like a poor upkeep situation. They only fix stuff if guests complain, and mostly they don't, of course. This is an expensive hotel, we paid $400 a night, and this was not worth it!

Property needs a major face lift. Rooms were not cleaned, amenities are old, furniture is old and worn, would not stay again unless they remodel/renovate. Room was not clean at all and hotel allows dogs, many of which were left alone in rooms and barking non-stop. Will look to stay elsewhere on our next trip to Saratoga Springs.

Our stay was fine. There were not enough shower towels in the room. It would be helpful if there were additional towel hooks or bars to dry our shower towels. The water pressure in the shower was inconsistent.

Lack of maintenance
Room cold 65 degree but AC thermostat broken so could not be set to maintenance person gone for the day at 5:30! Heat setting not working. Got extra blankets delivered & space heater. Then toilet flush chain broke. Had to reach in water each time & lift valve to flush. Phone charger next to bed intermittent. Same with 110 outlets on same built in strips. So phone 50% charge in the morning. Nice clean big room with comfy bed. These modest annoyances. But otherwise okay.
