My partner and I had a great, though too short, stay at this nice, quaint B&B in Saratoga Springs. It is family run and we felt great about supporting a local, family-run business. The breakfast was freshly made to order by the owner and another chef and it was absolutely delicious. The bed was extremely comfortable and huge, and the bathroom was very nice and spacious. The gas fireplace in the room made it cozy on a cool fall evening and the view of the street from the balcony was adorable and quintessentially fall. I rarely leave reviews on hotels or B&Bs but this one was so lovely I felt like I had to write the review. We felt absolutely at home and have every intention of returning.

What a lovely bed and breakfast/inn. We were in the alternate building (which is diagonally across the street), which was fine but I think next time we will book in the B&B itself. Breakfasts were amazing, room was spotless, and staff was extremely kind and helpful. We loved Abbey the corgi too! Such a pretty area to visit in the fall. We hope to be back!

We arrived at the Springwater at 1:30. The front door was locked, no one around. I realize that check-in was 3:00, but shouldnā€™t there be a staff member working to make sure that the needs of the guests are met? We called the phone number, no answer. Finally, the cleaning lady showed up, and was able to let us in, so that we could at least use the bathroom. We decided to take a drive, and come back in a few hours. Later that day, we were checked in, and escorted to our room. Perhaps it was my fault, but when I booked my room, I thought I was staying in the beautiful B&B. No. We were escorted to their ā€œsister building,ā€ which was over the nearby restaurant, on the street corner. Although the room was clean, and tastefully decorated, my husband, and I, were serenaded by the constant cars, trucks and buses driving by our window. I donā€™t feel that our room justified paying over $300 a night.

I absolutely loved staying at this sweet Bed & Breakfast. The staff were so kind and hospitable. We stayed in the Empire Room which was so big and pretty with and had an amazing bath tub. Perfect for a cozy stay. Will definitely be back!

The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. I rented a room with a separate bathroom which wasnā€™t ideal. Next time I would ensure the bathroom is inside the room. Also, I would have liked the bottled water replenished each day. The breakfast was wonderful and the food in the restaurant/pub downstairs was excellent. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Staff was great and breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Coincidentally during our stay, there was a terrible storm that took out all electricity in the B&B. None of the rooms windows were able to open and without air conditioning and open windows. The room got very stuffy and still for several hours. Electricity was restored in the middle of the night sleeping a bit more comfortable. Great for walking to the racetrack and into town.

Our first time staying at B & B. Staff was very friendly, breakfast every day was excellent, absolutely delicious food served for breakfast. Our room was great, we stayed in the East Lake room, comfortable bed, super high but with stools to get up. Bathroom has an awesome three head shower, everything was super clean. We really enjoyed our time and will return.
