This was a amazing place I really had an amazing time with my family, this is a one stop shop for a quick getaway, I live on east coast so it’s a nice family drive and relaxing time for road trip. if you live in Jersey,New York, Pennsylvania the road trip drive is very cool, you will love your stay here! Water park, inside and outside pools, it’s amazing!

Check in was an issue. The person assisting didn't provide me with an overview of events or provided me with the packages i purchased in advance. Our room wristbands didn't work for a whole day so getting in and out of our rooms was an issue. check in was at 4 but our room wasn't ready until 7pm. The cleaning staff was great! Both Andre and DeShawn helped us out with our questions and were super polite and gracious. They deserve recogntion! the Food was great. the only issue that spoiled the trip was the front desk.

It was a pretty disappointing stay, with having to change rooms and then what sounded like construction above our head all night. I repeatedly asked about it. There was also mold in the bathroom above the shower. The rooms maintenance was not what I would expect from a resort. Mold, shoddy repairs of drywall, the floor was soaked when we arrived near the entrance. Staff was pleasant though, Waterpark was nice, we took advantage of the wolf passes and everything outside of the room was good.
