The room -suite is large and decor is fresh. The hotel is however not exactly close to Bellevue city center - about a 15 min drive or 2 hour walk. A pretty basic breakfast buffet is included. and there is a small shop for snacks, soda, beer and wine. Some cost cutting guy at Hilton must have decided to cut down on amenities there were no glasses in the room so we had to drink wine out of the coffee cups. All in all though, - if all you are looking for is a good nights sleep, this place works.

This hotel has no sound insulation at all. I stayed in a one-bedroom unit with two queen beds and could hear everything happening in the next room, including their phone conversations, even though they werenā€™t being particularly loud. The elevators are incredibly slow, and they always seem to take turns being out of service for maintenance. Be prepared to wait if thereā€™s a line at the front desk, as only one of the three computers there actually works for check-in. Additionally, the TV channels have a two-second delay when switching, which makes channel surfing very frustrating.

We are repeated customers but this is the first time we found we have to pay for parking & Wi-Fi. It's kind of unreasonable for a suburban location. Line up at omelet station in breakfast can be long. No more sausage & pancakes in hot food section now.

Check-in was messed up, but good stay overall
My family and I have stayed here in the past and it was fantastic. This time, not so much. While checking in the card maker wasn't working, once it worked I was given a few snacks as a "sorry" for the delay. Once we went up to our room and found out that someone was already in that room! Luckily, the door never opened, but still, awkward, let me tell you! I ran back down to get another room assigned to us and kind of expected for an upgrade or something for the mess up. Just a "we're sorry that happened" and that was it. Pretty disappointing. Dont let this, discourage you from staying here, it was a very nice hotel and the staff was very nice. It just seemed like everyone was off the track and were struggling to get back on track.

The staff was professional and helpful. The hotel was spotless clean. The morning breakfast was great - one of the bests compare to any complimentary breakfast thatā€™s getting served in North America. Plenty of working. Nothing to complain. They were also taking care of one of their elevators so another good sign that they care for their customer and do their best keep the facilities in shape.
