Our stay was amazing. It was my great granddaughters birthday and after having spent the day at the Seattle Science Center we headed to the hotel to swim eat and watch Disney !! The staff were so kind and even staff in the parking lot helped me out ā€¦

I usually stay here when Iā€™m in town, & I can always count on getting the most restful sleep! It is divine. Everything went very well this trip, except for one thing. There is a young girl at the front desk who is rather rude & not helpful! I was shocked. Especially when compared to Carol at the front desk who is so so helpful with anything you could possibly want or need. Sheā€™s the best, so ask her if you need something answered
