A last min stay due to a rerouted flight. Very clean, comfortable, and inviting. Definitely recommended if you’re in the Seattle area. Also really enjoyed time at the lobby bar … I don’t remember his name, but our bar tender from GA was great! Thank you, Moxy.

The lobby and vibe is pretty cool. Different games and fun bar in the lobby. Their check in process was slightly hampered due to the Crowdstrike outage but they managed and staff was friendly and apologetic. One of two elevators was out. Good location, a few parking garages close by that turned out cheaper than their close by competitors own garages. Room is small but clean.

Cozy and quiet
Super cute, clean, and quiet with check-in and check-out. I love that they give you drink tickets for the bar, but at other Moxy properties I’ve stayed at, the tickets work for wine and beer, too, not just coffee or one signature cocktail.

Great little spot for a solo or couples trip. Love the bar aspect! Rooms are relatively small, but perfect for 1-2 people. The vibe of the room was so nice as well. All around aesthetically pleasing.

Nice hotel, but the rooms were too small. I understand the concept of a more European experience of a hotel, but there was literally no room to put anything down. With bags/suitcases on the floor, it was difficult to maneuver through the room.

Waited for a dirty room and no communication
We waited almost 2 hours after check in for our room to be ready in the lobby. When we were told on 10 minutes a couple of times. My partner was really frustrated, we were given room keys when we still couldn’t check in. We kept being told they had to “check if the room was clean.” And switched us from the 7th floor to the 8th but neither rooms were ready. The gal up front seemed like she was trying her best but it’s obvious the other staff wasn’t communicating with her. Upon arriving in the room it was dirty. Outside the room was an abandoned housekeeping set up and we never once saw anyone’s there. On the elevator ride up a lady on the 3rd floor said they got to check in early (we also arrived 1.5 hrs early) but the gal said housekeeping has been there and were really loud. We waited so long we decided not to call down when entering the room because we would have had to wait even longer. We got a couple of free snacks and gifts which were already apart of our room set up because my partner proposed last night and asked ahead. We were late to the show we drove 4 hours to see. At night they don’t tell you the price of snacks in the lobby until after you pay. There aren’t prices on anything. The lobby bathrooms were filthy and trash was all over the floors. Like I said this weekend was a proposal and it really was almost ruined by how frustrating and gross the experience was. Upon entering the room my partner was already upset, they were late and we had to clean the room
