The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent although it was still too cold to take advantage of the plunge pool in our room. :) Position was great - short walk to the beach and to the markets.

Very enjoyable stay. The staff were extremely accommodating. We had a few treatments at the Spa that were amazing and excellent value for money. We felt very spoilt. Only negative, when we first arrived the water in shower was not very hot, but this fixed as soon as we mentioned it.

Highly recommend! We had excellent experience overall. Staff - polite and helpful, very friendly and caring. Room - Clean and spacious, bed and pillow were so comfortable. There’s water dispenser provided in room. Breakfast - absolutely nice breakfast. Wide range of breakfast menu and free flow for pastry, bread, cereal, eggs, salad, fruits, coffee etc Shuttle service - Free shuttle to Seminyak village Location - strategic location. Kayamus was the most amazing place to stay. Something we learnt whilst staying at Kayumas was when walking to the shops you can cut through White Penny its so much quicker. The staff and food is 5 out of 5.

The accommodation was really nice. We stayed in a four bedroom suite with a pool. It was very spacious and the kitchenette had a microwave, which was handy. The staff were very nice and just couldn't do enough. They were so welcoming and always out to offer a helping hand. All the staff, from the front desk to the dinning/bar area, the housekeeping and spa staff made our stay exceptionally pleasurable.
