It was amazing, and all the staff members were so friendly. I will definitely come back to Grand Josun for our next trip to Jeju. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Aria breakfast offers numerous options to eat. The hotel is kid-friendly, and the pool was clean and great. Thank you, Josun Hotel, for making our stay fabulous!

Great hotel overall but soundproofing is poor. You can hear everything going on in the hallways. Breakfast was also overpriced for the value. Customer service was great.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Josun Jeju. Service is great. Room very spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and accomodative. Overall we had a good experience and would love to stay there again.

Everything was great except for the air conditioner for the room which there wasn't any, very surprising for a hotel of this caliber. Hotel itself is 5 star except for the room air conditioner.
