Excellent location,
The resort is beautifully located among 3 other hotels. It’s very convenient, and have many facilities. Overall it was a great stay but few things can be better - overall the rooms are not very well maintained - when we arrived drawers were not cleaned, same goes for under the bed etc - 1 day housekeeping did not clean the room properly, just put things back into the place, without mopping the floor etc - restaurant at Landing does not so all carte dinner and only does buffet at 139k KRW per person which is a bit expensive as one doesn’t feel eat a lot during dinner

Good location, close to theme park and food junctions. However, hotel service need to be upgraded, the staff still knock the door in middle of night despite ‘do not disturb’ sign is on. Pool entrance is also cost extra, 35k won per adult!

Small workout gym, swimming pool, spa, all the facilities are an extra charge of $30 each time you use it. (Not per day) The breakfast buffet is $40. The water park ticket is $50. They provides theme park 3 rides coupons though. When I asked for one more bottle of water, it was an extra $2. I strongly recommend not staying at Landing but at Marriott.

The property was good. Very family oriented with to much to do with kids. A lot af restaurants around the area. The staff is very friendly. Accessible to the water park and Theme park. The thing that I don't like is you have to pay extra for use the hotel pool.

Convenient hotel, bus stop within walking distance. There’s a number of restaurants within the hotel. Kids friendly hotel, there’s a theme park with free entrance fee and free rides for hotel guests. Quite surprise that indoor pool is payable with the outdoor pool closed during winter.

be prepared the room is very hot
They said they have a central AC/Heater unit and they don't turn on the AC around this time of the year. The room was so hot we had leave a window open but didn't realize very loud noise was coming from the theme park right next to the Landings.

The staffs are very friendly and the place has many options for eating and shopping. However that is about it. The room is small and curtains had mystery stains… gross The room was dusty and towels had weird smell…. Parking space is extremely short…. When you return late at night there aren’t any parking left so you have to end up parking illegally with others w/o choice. I don’t think I will stay here again.
