The staff at the lobby and concierge were well-trained, the room was thoroughly cleaned, and all the essential amenities were well-provided. However, the automatic sensor light in the closet did not turn off and seemed to need repair. I would love to return next time.

The property is easily accessible to other locations in Seoul. It is attached to a mall so there were many shopping and dining opportunities. We stayed there for proximity to the firework show which was great and then tours Muille village.

Property is about an hour north of the Inchon Airport, convenient location, attached to two giant shopping centers and the metro. Well appointed hotel with a lovely lobby, restaurant (limited menu) and bar. They have a huge, extensive buffet breakfast that I recommend. Well appointed, clean rooms, our room had a very nice city view. Kind bed was very comfy. Large walk-in shower, interesting remote controlled toilet with multiple functions. Overall we had an excellent stay.
