항상 호텔스닷컴을 사용해 자주 한국으로 여행하는 미국국적 직장인으로써 제일 실망스러운 곳이었습니다. 저는 항상 한국을 갈때마다 한곳을 2주 이상 예약을하며, 이번에는 3주라는 긴 기간을 이곳으로 도착 3달전에 예약을 했습니다. 12시간 비행 후 버스를 타고 이 고시원에 도착했을때 저는 제 예약에 대한 정보가 없다는 황당한 소식을 접했습니다. 3달전에 이미 결제도 했지만 사장님께서는 사과는 커녕 해결책 조차 내주지 않고 기다리라고만 했습니다. 그러면서 하시는 말씀이 호텔스닷컴으로 받는 예약은 본인이 관리 하는게 아니라고.. 고객으로써 그런말을 듣는것이 너무 어이가 없었습니다. 그렇게 나중에 방을 보여주셨을때는 제가 예약한거와는 다른 화장실이 없는 방이었고 제가 그 사실을 이야기 하자 지금은 화장실이 있는 방이 없다면서 더 기다리게 하였습니다. 글자수 제한때문에 다 이야기 못해서 아쉽지만 저는 약 2시간의 기다림 끝에 겨우 방을 받았고 그제서야 사과를 들을수 있었습니다. 그 외에는 3주동안 혼자 지내기에 편했고 위치도 좋았습니다.
I live in the states and travel to Korea by myself quite frequently and this was one of my worst experience of staying ever. I always use this app to book for a room and I stay in the SAME place for at least two weeks. This time I booked a room here for three whole weeks and I made a reservation 3 MONTHS before my arrival in Korea. After about 13 hrs of flight and ground transportation, I got to this hostel to find out the receptionist had absolutely no clue about reservation and had me wait with no apology. I was very frustrated since all he said was he was not in charge of reservations made on this app. Regardless of who is in charge, I found in ridiculous to treat a customer like that. And thank goodness I speak Korean since he doesnt speak English at all. I regret I cannot tell a full story here due to character limit however i got my room after 2 hrs of waiting. Fyi, this is not a regular hostel, more like a small room for rent.
