Hotel staff were very professional and helpful, and the staff spoke excellent English at the check in desk. The views from our room were awesome, felt like we were in a Blade Runner movie set at night when the rain came and all the giant LED screens lit up. Housekeeping was flawless and the room was very clean. Super nice stay, recommend highly.

I stayed here for 9 days this trip and 2 weeks in 2023. There was a humming inside my room and outside in the hallways. Not sure if there is construction happening but the condition of the rooms seemed a little shabbier than last year. I didn’t notice last year how some of the walls in the rooms are thin. I heard the couple next to me getting frisky one night and it woke me up at midnight. So gross. Trying to fight jet lag and being woken up left me upset plus the humming in the room really didn’t help. Mold in the bathroom grates was particularly unsanitary looking. Thought they upgraded one of our rooms, the view from that room was the side of a building. It was slightly bigger but I’m not sure if it was better for just one person using the room. Nonetheless, it was a positive experience due to the location. Unsure if I will book this hotel the next time. We book two separate room for over a week at a time which is a big dedication for one holiday.

I stayed here with my girlfriends on a prior trip and decided to stay here again on this trip with my mom. Conveniently located in Myeongdong near all the tourist attractions with a metro stop right in front of the hotel if you want to leave the area. Got a free upgrade at check in and it was a treat!

Overall, loved our stay here! It had convenient access to LOTTE mall, the train and Myeongdong Street. I do think the staff at the door needs to work on their communication and making guests feel welcome. I would often come in and see staff pretending to look around to not greet me -- a stark difference from the warmth of the SIGNIEL. We were also swiftly rushed through check-in upstairs, which felt impersonal. The rooms in the executive tower had a refurbished feel and did not feel as new as described; I cannot imagine how old the rooms are in the main tower. Overall for value/cost -- I think there are better options around Myeongdong.
