Service was good. Room was as expected but tub was abit old so I didn’t really use it. Could never get the gold benefit for free upgrade here though (stayed here 3 times already) which was unfortunate

Overall, loved our stay here! It had convenient access to LOTTE mall, the train and Myeongdong Street. I do think the staff at the door needs to work on their communication and making guests feel welcome. I would often come in and see staff pretending to look around to not greet me -- a stark difference from the warmth of the SIGNIEL. We were also swiftly rushed through check-in upstairs, which felt impersonal. The rooms in the executive tower had a refurbished feel and did not feel as new as described; I cannot imagine how old the rooms are in the main tower. Overall for value/cost -- I think there are better options around Myeongdong.

Everything met out expectation and beyond. Room was beautiful and comfortable. It is located in a busy touristy area, yet hotel provides a relaxing environment as soon as you walk in. Airport bus stops right in front of the hotel and our family found it more comfortable than a car service. Seoul subway system is the best and it is right outside of the hotel, making it so convenient.

Service completely lacking for a 5 star hotel. No one offered to help with our luggage, literally just stared at us as we were struggling with our suitcases. Any staff we talked to were courteous but not friendly or welcoming. Both days we went for breakfast, we were greeted with “we are closing at 10 am”. Comical. Rooms were nice and comfortable but that’s about all that we liked about the hotel.
