Not sure about the new check in arrangements. Nevertheless it works ok. Check out was very quick. Stayed many times at this hotel. Its easy and convenient. We had a quiet space which was nice. I will stay again next year.

I liked the online check in feature & was lucky enough to be able to check in earlier than I had planned. The hotels says the rooms are soundproofed, but I doubt it. I was on the 15th floor that looked down on the outside bar at Australia Square & heard music blaring each week night. I only bring this up because they boast about the sound proof rooms & they most definitely aren't

Pleasantly surprised. After reading some negative reviews re room size (Atrium), we were pleased to see the room was quite adequate for a couple for a weekend stay. So many other positives to this property. We would definitely book again.

It's unlikely I'll stay again. The property is in a good location, close to the tram and also walkable. I have stayed here before. The location is great and with hotel prices being exorbitant in Sydney after covid this hotel is a good option. There are also a bunch of free movies to watch and i found the dinner meal at the restaurant to be excellent and delicious. However this time the hot water was barely warm, the bed was worn in so had the usual lump in the middle and a sag on the side most commonly slept on by guests. There were some coffee/tea spills on the cupboard and wall. I asked to change rooms because of the hot water problem and they said maintenance wasn't back til Monday, but 'I can go check on the roof and check the switch' 😬 I was staying 3 nights and didn't want it going out again, so I mentioned the bed problem and said id prefer a different room which I got but having read other reviews I think i was lucky this happened. I noticed on previous stays that the hotel will likely wear quickly as i believe the fittings are cheaper. I want to give a better review but this is the reality

Stayed twice in 8 days. Have stayed at the hotel quite a few times this year. A week ago i would have given a lower review as there was no hot water and i had to leave the hotel twice in the morning due to the fire alarm and evacuation alert. I was expecting some note from the hotel management offering some compensation, maybe a free breakfast or at least a coffee and a roll etc. Nothing turned up. This time i had no issues with anything, plenty of hot water, no alarms. Desk staff remembered me from an earlier visit so it was a very quick check in. Ive booked to stay again later in the year.
