The staff was great, the room was nice, and location was good; however I was there for five days and EVERY time I left the room, the key lock locked me out. I had to go get my key re-keyed, but I think it was the door battery because the re-keying didn't work without its challenges. Since the elevator was having some issues, I walked to the third floor. The staff kept saying they were going to get maintenence to look at the door, but it was the holiday and I tried to be patient. There was an offer on night four to change rooms, however, I was already packed and ready to leave the next morning, so the offer was of no use. They didn't even suggest a discount for my patience.

The room was clean and breakfast was pretty good. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because we booked this hotel specifically because it was one of the only ones nearby that had an indoor pool and hot tub and when we got there, they were out of service.

Property was clean with updated furniture and many amenities (mini fridge, microwave, in room coffee, nice breakfast options, coffee/lemon water dispensers in lobby, pool & whirlpool -although they were closed for repair when we arrived, which was very disappointing). There were a few places that needed repair in the bathroom (drywall, wallpaper and trim), but functionality was fine. Overall nice stay for decent price.

I booked this hotel specifically for the pool, only to find it closed due to a mold issue. Attempts to reach staff for assistance in changing hotels went unanswered. The gym had an overpowering odor, and even our bathroom smelled of mold. The bedding had holes, the furniture was filthy, and the dressers were sticky. My child was incredibly disappointed, as we had booked weeks in advance with excitement about the pool. Instead, we spent two days dealing with frustration and unmet expectations. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for

No TV for our 2 day stay. Hotel tried to fix it but it was a provider issue we were told. Other rooms had TV. Hotel was full so no room to switch to. Also had to take our room key back to the desk to reactive every time we left and reentered our room. Very inconvenient.

Overall, hotel was good. Needs a facelift; room had a very odd smell. Bathroom caulk around tub was iffy. Shower curtain was a disaster. Door to room stuck every. single. time. Sheets were tissue paper thin. Would only stay again if had no other choice.
