The major fail with the stay we stayed for 3 days and we did not see a cleaning service any of the days. We ran out of towels, toilet paper, and Kleenex by the end of the day all of our garbage were in jammed full. They charge a $20 day Resort fee but I didn't have anyone to come to my room to replenish or clean for 3 days so maybe I should charge a reimbursement fee for no cleaning. Not to mention the first room we were put in was pretty dirty I had to switch rooms. Upside is the staff is pretty nice front desk and the people at the Crab Shack and the bar.

We enjoyed our stay. We hadn’t been in a few years and didn’t realize the buffet is no longer ever since Covid. We ate in the burger cafe and the food was good. We won a little. Felt safe parking in the garage at night.

Great room, awesome bath, friendly hotel staff. Food in restaurants was not the best and prices were overpriced. Next time we’ll go outside hotel to eat.

I booked my room through Expedia and was charged a certain price. Upon arrival I was charged extra for 2 devices on the internet and exercise room. This charge wasn’t optional. My daughter and I each connected our phones but when I wanted to watch a video on my iPad I was expected to pay another $10 for internet. I ended up using the hotspot on my phone.

Desperately needs a deep, clean and updating.
The room smelled of mildew in the fridge, had actual mildew and mold inside. The floors were dirty with sticky spots on the carpet and debris on the edge of the carpet around the entire room. The under skirting of the bed was ripped and hanging. The elevator floors along with all of the lobby areas had what looked like weave hair and trash in piles. Every single time we were on the elevator. Nasty!

I was not happy with the work out area. Went to work out two days and towels were not picked up they have no spray or something to sanitize machines. People looking around for towels and stuff to clean the machines. Very dirty And also which they had more selection of places to eat there instead of having to go out. Already thinking next year might be a different place to stay. Also there were no trash cans in the room. Not one I had to go look for housekeeping to get a trash bag. Was very not happy this time
