The floor in this room had not been cleaned for some time. There was hair in every corner in the bathroom as well as in the sink area. There were crumbs and dead bugs in the bedroom. The bed appeared to be clean and fairly comfortable. This is an older hotel and cheaper but still needs to be clean!!!

Star has to be the free breafast, delicious, quality ingredients, friendly staff. Next up the private courtyards, caught sevel things in bloom, very well maintained. finally nice pool and hot tub. Great price. Mexican restaurant next door is also wonderful. If I have another event in the area I will be staying here. Rooms were clean and nice too.

While this is not a well known chain brand hotel, It was very clean and well maintained. I liked the gated courtyard area, gave me a feeling of safety. The parking was convenient and easy. The lobby and maintenance staff very helpful and friendly. Sierra Vista is a small town and a very mix of new and old, this was a beautiful blend. The hotel is in the process of being remodeled and while we stayed in an area of remodel already done, other parts of the property are very obviously being done and cluttered... but we very much enjoyed our stay

We have stayed at several other hotel properties in Sierra Vista and would say that the bed was quite comfortable. The room was a bit small yet manageable and was clean.

Nice, quiet hotel located in town. The breakfast was just average, but the dinner at the on-site Chinese restaurant was great. Only inconvenience was the room key card that kept losing its magnetism and wouldn’t work. I had to go to the front desk twice and couldn’t get onto the property one time, having to walk around to the lobby. Otherwise a very nice place.

Check in went smoothly and staff was great. All rooms are non smoking however our room was not. Needed to be aired out. The room was great and quiet up until the morning when maintenance was drilling signs next to the exterior door for room numbers.No courtesy to knock on a door to let people know they are going to do that. Interrupting sleep and glad I wasn't taking a work call when they were drilling. It was extremely loud. At 10:30 cleaning lady came pounding on the door waiting for us to check out so she can clean the room. Other than those three things, it was a nice stay

I would recommend this place and would sleep there again. The area is well secured and the ambiance is memorable. The staff is A1. The complementary breakfest is just what you should expect. However i do not recommend this Chinese food. Go out .

For the price this hotel was decent. The staff was wonderful and everything was clean and comfortable. The pool color was a bit off so we didn’t swim and breakfast was bare minimum, but otherwise I was happy with our stay and would stay again.

This is a beautiful place, the staff was amazing, the rooms are clean and decor is beautiful, and cozy. It was the perfect setting for our anniversary getaway. I will stay here again!
