Good stop for Sioux Falls
Overall stay was pretty good - beds comfortable - room serviced daily while we were out. Breakfast was hot - same every day - pretty good variety. Eggs were dry and tough- I think they were dehydrated. Place is pet friendly which I like - not for those of you who have allergies.

Bathroom could use some recaulking. Fridge temperature was set too cold and can exploded in the middle of the night. There was no accessible temperature adjustment knob for the fridge. Breakfast was okay. The TV worked well, and the room was spacious.

We called before booking to see if they had a hot tub. Yes, we were assured. However, it was out of order. This was more than disappointing since we were coming off 6 days of hiking in the Badlands and Custer and in great need of a hot tub. I find this very bad customer service.

Hotel was great, Hotels.com screwed up
The stay was good, but Hotels.com screwed up my reservations. I had reserved two rooms, and prepaid for both rooms. When arriving at the hotel, they had only one room on reserve for me. I spent a half-hour trying to find contact info for Hotels.com to have the hotel desk talk to someone to clear the issue up, but ended up paying separately for the additional room and then having to work to get a refund for the prepaid room after check-in.
