Best Xmas Ever
Best neighborhood (close to town, close to the beach, on a quiet street), plenty of rooms, plenty of bathrooms, plenty of space, incredibly well-stocked kitchen with enough serving plates and china to service at least two families, and a marvelous host. All in all a very rare find in Sitges.

Incredible stay!! Beautiful home!
Such a beautiful home. I took my family (7 adults) to Sitges and we’re already planning another one! Javier was so welcoming and wonderful. The house has everything that you need and even more! He gave us some wonderful recommendations. Everything is walkable and the beaches are so beautiful. Restaurants and bars were so quaint and the food so yummy. If you’re visiting Sitges, I highly recommend staying at this home. Thanks again Javier!

Beautiful villa, very private, plenty of space to be together or to be alone. Plenty of space for sun and shade, great for relaxing. No problems with showers as we have often found in other holiday places. Javier very helpful and kept good communication. Easy walk to the beach - beautiful!

Perfect location
This is the absolute perfect location for exploring sitges- just a few blocks from the main center of town, and a few blocks the other direction to all of the beaches. The house was perfect for myself, my husband, and two boys in their 20s. We all had plenty of room to spread out and the Wi-Fi was very speedy. Thanks again for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back.

Fantastic house perfect for our group of 8. Javier was excellent and responsive to any issue and had great restaurant recommendations. Location also was perfect - walk to everything, including train to Barcelona. Amazing vacation 10 out of 10.

Great Fanily stay in Sitges
Property is as advertised. Located roughly a 10 min (easy) walk from the train station, and a 2 min walk to the beach. Kids playground is 2 mins walk, as well. Restaurants/bars located about a 4 - 6 minute walk away. Groceries about the same away from the house. Plenty of room for larger groups so they aren't on top of one another, and the house has heat pumps to keep it cool when things get hot. Pool is the perfect size and not too deep for kids. Having access to the garage and the beach amenities was an amazing feature, as well. Javier the Host is communicative, and helpful when you need anything, as well. Will be coming back sometime in the future! Thank you, Javier!

Excellent Property!
Beautifully maintained villa in the heart of Sitges. The villa has a very well equipped kitchen with all you need to enjoy your stay. Grocery stores, restaurants and beaches are all within walking distance. The rooms on the second floor are large with ample closet space and comfortable beds. The two rooms downstairs are smaller, but equally comfortable. The bathrooms are large, very clean and with a good number of towels provided. The pool is absolutely wonderful! A great place to relax after the beach and after dinner with cocktails. The front porch is also lovely, with a well kept garden that is the perfect setting for your morning coffee, breakfast or cocktails in the evening. Javier is a wonderful host! He even accommodated our delayed arrival (12AM) to warmly greet us and give us a tour of the house. He was very easy to engage with before and during the rental. We look forward to staying here again next time we visit Sitges.

Very happy with every aspect We will definitely return to this villa Sitges was a little different in the grip of Coronavirus, however they are managing the situation professionally, life goes on and all the small independent retail, restuarant and bar owners are very pleased to welcome you.

Fabulous Villa
A beautiful villa for a family of 8, 3 generations including 4 teenagers. Plenty of space, extremely well equipped, lots of nice touches. Pool was lovely. Gorgeous beaches a 2 minute stroll away with great bars and restaurants to choose from. Good supermarkets close by. Javier was wonderful too, meeting us at late check in and able to offer local advice. Highly recommend this villa, and Sitges, an excellent weeks holiday.

Superb holiday
This villa is every bit as good as it appears on the website. It was immaculately clean, really well supplied and beautifully decorated. It really is only a two minute walk to the beach and to the town centre. We holidayed here as a family from Ireland with three teenage boys. There was plenty to do in Sitges; it is lively and energetic and yet the villa is quiet and relaxing for a complete chill-out day. Javier was helpful and charming and made us feel very welcome. We would heartily recommend this villa.

Casa amplísima, con todo lo necesario y situada en un lugar ideal, una calle tranquila junto al centro de Sitges y junto a la playa. Los porches y la piscina te permiten hacer vida al aire libre. Une maison de vacances par excellence ! Tout a été pensé par l’hôte pour que l’on passe un bon séjour. Este alojamiento es perfecto para pasar unos días en Sitges. Tanto la casa como el jardín son preciosos, mucho mejor incluso de lo que se ve en las fotos. Los niños disfrutaron mucho de la piscina y los mayores de los porches (en dos orientaciones, por lo que siempre hay algún área de sombra). La cocina y habitaciones están muy bien decoradas y equipadas con todo lo necesario, mucho menaje, toallas, etc. Los anfitriones estuvieron accesibles en todo momento. Por último, la situación es inmejorable, en una zona tranquila a 5 minutos caminando de la playa y otros 5 minutos caminando del casco urbano con supermercados, bares… Repetiríamos sin dudar.

Casa muy bien ubicada, tranquila, muy cerca de la playa y del pueblo. Dispone de todo lo necesario y en muy buen estado. Es muy confortable y tiene mucho encanto, ideal para estar tranquilo y relajado. Sin duda es una casa a recomendar donde la estancia resulta del todo agradable y que no tiene ninguna carencia.

Wir haben mit 7 Erwachsenen und einem Kind eine Woche in dem Haus Urlaub gemacht. Es war gemütlich, genügend Räume für alle, gut eingerichtet - auch die Küche, neuer Pool, schöne Außenanlage und genügend Platz und Sitzmöglichkeiten um auch draußen zu speisen oder die Abende zu genießen. Immer wieder gerne !!

Great for reunions of family or friends. During a hot summer there are more outside fans needed. The house needs some upgrates concerning the ourside furniture. Cushions are worn out and flat. Fridge needs more capacity. We managed just fine, during this hot summer
