Have stayed here several times . Good location . Excellent rooftop pool and Fusion restaurant . Very good breakfast with wide choice. All staff extremely friendly and professional. Complimentary upgrade to a suite on top floor which was lovely and spacious but needs some updating and more clothes storage . Shower leaked and flooded floor every time making floor dangerously slippy . Would stay here again

Excellent stay
I was feeling sick when we arrived earlier than check in time and the manager went out of her way to get a room cleaned so we could check in early. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were all very nice. The only thing I would recommend is a more pro-active approach to anticipating our needs for dinner reservations and marking different attractions on the map so we know where to go. Also, there was a wedding on the floor above and the music was blasting for hours.

Not a five star but a four star hotel. Clean and spacious room. Staff all very friendly and helpful. No advance warning of major roadworks outside hotel but these have all been completed now. Didn’t really bother us as out all day anyway.

2nd visit, lovely stay but not as 5* as 1st time
Had a lovely stay at the hotel, is ideally located for everything, did feel that the need to look at refurbishing parts like the carpets in the hallway, curtains had some marks on which you don't expect. The indoor pool ceiling was covered in mould, maybe it is on the to do list but needs addressing. However the staff are amazing and would do anything for you. The temptation restaurant is a must for anyone as the food is delightful and again staff were so attentive. The noise outside with the road renovations was not welcomed as we were there for a relaxing break but this cannot be controlled by the hotel, wish we had known about this before booking.

We had a great stay here for 5 days. Malta was amazing. The hotel was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that the hallway carpets and room curtains could do with a good clean. There were marks on the curtains and the hallway floors were quite dirty. Street renovations were going on outside so maybe they are waiting for completion of that first. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel.

Lovely, lovely staff
The hotel is wonderful, comfortable and convenient, but the best thing about it is the staff. They are good humoured, attentive and super-friendly. We will definitely be back!
