Pancake pillows, mold in and around tub. The bottom lining super dirty. I had a non smoking room which reeked like smoke. I was literally in the room for about 4/5 hours.

Even though we had a nonsmoking room it had smoke stench due to a poorly sealed door and people smoking outside the room. There was noise from outside our room and the property next door. I believe it was drug and prostitution activity going on as there were screaming children running around outside the rooms all night. I will never go back there.

Room had musty smell like previously smoke in even though non smoking. Air conditioner was nasty and not cleaned. Had to use cpap machine just breathe in room with the way my allergies are. Couldnt get out of there fast enough

If not for the kind, welcoming, and warm staff that worked this night, my wife and I were denied entry into a hotel for us having 1 too many dogs. I guess exempt for service animals doesn’t mean against the price or even their clear lack

4 out of 5 for motel- 0 out of 5 for safe area!
We immediately smelled cigarette smoke as we walked in the room. We always check for bugs first thing and there were none. The bed was comfortable. The microwave and fridge worked fine. There was a spot of rust/mold on the back wall side of the shower. The toilet had low flush power. There was a lady who left her car on and went upstairs, she looked shady, so we stayed in our car until whatever she was doing was done and she left. This almost made us leave even though we had already paid, because we had accidentally driven in the ghetto area of the city while exploring and it was BAD! Very scary!!! The motel next to the Red Roof looked abandoned at first, but it wasn't. Was fine for the 1 night we had already paid for, but won't choose to stay again.
