No cookie at check-in. Pool closed/out of service. Shower floods the bathroom as there is no adequate edge at floor. Restaurant actually closed for most of the day after 10am. Hot water carafe was empty.

Clean and convenient, could have been better.
Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable enough although a little soft for me, location was great. Our room was an interior room which overlooked a seating area. The room was warm and I would have liked to be able to open an outside window as the a/c unit was too noisy to sleep with so had to turn it off. That might not bother some people but it affected how well I could sleep. Hotel was overpriced and breakfast was not included. The hotel was nice enough in itself but a little disappointing.

The indoor pool was very dirty, it was green on the bottom and needed to be vacuumed. Housekeeping came in when the privacy sign was in tacked and walked in on us. We requested service to be done two out of the six days we were there and they didn't even make the bed.
