Convenient location on Williston Rd, a primary road in South Burlington, and close to the interstate for those taking out of town trips. This property is also close to the airport. Early evening staff member at the counter was seldom at the counter, waiting on guests to call them to the front.

Poor Attitude of Customer Service
window shades did not work. Posted door message states 12:00 checkout yet housekeeping stated we had to call front deck because their posted message is incorrect and is actually 11:00. Telephone did not work so I walked to the front desk, and she was clearly annoyed that I wanted to stay to 12:00 as their messages clearly states. NOT impressed at all! I am sorry that YOUR signs are incorrect!

Everything was clean and in excellent condition. It looks like it was just recently remodeled. We could see where there was, or had been a pool outside. I think continuing the renovation to get this added back would be a bonus.
