While this property assumes it is worth the high rent, they are all neck tie and no under ware. We were booked into a handicap room and did not find out until arrival. The hotel stated this happens quite frequently with 3rd party bookings but could not move us since they claimed to be sold out. Very disappointing for our 40th anniversary having come all the way from VA.

A special place
This is a special, historic hotel that is very well maintained. The room was recently updated with a style and materials respectful of its past. It is a perfect location to the Adirondacks and Saratoga. The staff is always helpful and friendly.
